Refund Policy on ActionSeps™

If you have implemented ALL OF THE LESSONS, or if ActionSeps™ doesn’t work for for you, we’ll give you a full refund.  Just email support@actionseps.com and we’ll refund your money. Our goal isn’t to take your money and run. We want to see you become successful, and master simulated process screen printing.

Production time is normally 24-48 hours. Peak season (April-mid November) can reach 72 business days. No refunds on all orders. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Refund Policy on Templates.

We do not offer refunds on downloads such as registration templates, art approval templates, or koozie templates. Once you download the template, software, or pay for the online courses. They’re yours.

Refund Policy on Separation Services.

Production time is normally 48-72 hours. Peak season (April-mid November) can reach 72 business days. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM. Need it faster? Opt for my Rush same day 24-hour services. No refunds on all orders. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
