How to Get Support.

Welcome To The Dedicated Help Desk.

Follow the instructions so that you go to the right department and get help as quickly as possible.

Step One:  Can your question or query be solved with information that’s inside the program? If so please follow the instructions in there. The training program is very thorough and most things can be resolved with the content.

Step Two: Have a question to do with the training program content or assignments? Ask your question in the ActionSeps™ Member private client support group which you can access by visiting the Join Community tab here in the portal. As the Facebook group grows, we will have members active 24/7/365 ready to help within the group. This is your fastest way to get help. 

Step Three: Have a technical question? Can’t login to your account? Can’t answer your question using the methods listed above? The final place to go for support is our dedicated help desk. I’m here standing by ready to help you out. To submit a support ticket please send a descriptive email of your issue to support@actionseps.com.

Please Note: Submitting a support ticket may take up to 24-48 hours during business days to get help. We strive to respond to all tickets within 24 hours but sometimes we get very busy and this can extend to 48 hours.  

Hours Of Operation:  Monday – Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time. Our office is closed on the weekend and we do not respond to tickets on the weekends.
